Digital Marketing Coordinator

to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This is an onsite position in Birmingham, AL.

This is a highly hands-on role that will play a meaningful part in driving growth and brand awareness. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing directly to impactful projects while continuing to develop your marketing skill set.

Key Responsibilities Content Support

Assist with blog updates, basic copywriting, editing, and proofreading

Publish and update blog posts, SEO landing pages, and other digital content using a CMS or automation tools

Repurpose existing content from webinars, presentations, demos, and customer conversations into new formats

Coordinate with designers to create compelling visual assets

Support sales enablement by maintaining organized marketing asset libraries for easy access

Campaign Coordination

Support the execution of paid and organic marketing campaigns

Assist with performance tracking, reporting, and analytics

QA content, links, creative, and assets prior to campaign launches

Email Marketing

Assist in the creation, launch, and optimization of email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, lifecycle emails)

Monitor email performance and audience engagement metrics

Identify opportunities for testing, segmentation, and optimization

Social Media & Community Management

Develop and manage social media content in collaboration with internal stakeholders and designers

Maintain a social media calendar, including scheduling and monitoring posts across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

Engage with followers and relevant trends across social platforms

Affiliate & Partnership Support

Research and identify potential affiliate or partnership opportunities

Support outreach efforts and help maintain partner communications

General Marketing Support

Maintain marketing calendars, project plans, asset libraries, and content repositories

Help document and organize marketing processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant experience in consumer or digital marketing

Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

Comfort working with data-driven metrics and tools such as Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar)

Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team environment

Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable wearing multiple hats, working independently, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced setting
