
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager with a strong C&I lending background and formal credit training to originate, manage, and grow complex commercial relationships. This role carries full responsibility for relationship ownership, credit quality, and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
Originate, structure, and manage a portfolio of C&I commercial clients
Serve as the primary advisor and point of contact for assigned relationships
Structure and negotiate commercial loans, lines of credit, and related facilities
Partner with Credit Administration to prepare and present comprehensive credit packages
Monitor portfolio performance, covenants, risk ratings, and overall credit quality
Drive deposit growth and treasury product penetration
Maintain strong credit discipline while meeting production and relationship goals
Collaborate with internal partners across Credit, Treasury, and Operations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager or equivalent C&I-focused role
Strong C&I lending experience required (cash flow–based lending)
Formal credit training required (bank-sponsored credit program or equivalent)
Demonstrated track record of relationship management and loan production
Advanced financial statement and cash flow analysis skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
