American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family-owned and operated company seeking a highly motivated, positive, and experienced sales professional to drive growth within the Phoenix multi-family and commercial roofing market.
This is not an entry-level sales role. This position is for a seasoned professional who understands the local market, knows how to build lasting client relationships, and is comfortable representing the company face-to-face with top property managers, asset managers, and commercial clients.

Compensation
$80,000–$100,000 base salary (DOE)
Aggressive commission structure
Six-figure+ earning potential

Required Experience
7+ years of roofing or construction industry experience
Strong experience in Phoenix multi-family & commercial markets
Existing client base or strong local relationships highly preferred
Proven ability to generate, develop, and close business
Comfortable leading high-level client conversations
Key Responsibilities
Drive new commercial and multi-family business development
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, asset managers, and commercial owners
Self-generate opportunities through networking and outreach
Represent ARW professionally in the market
Track leads and activity using CRM systems (AccuLynx preferred)
Collaborate with estimating and production teams to ensure successful project execution
Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
