$21.5 - $25/hour + $50 training stipend upon completing onboarding + unlimited commissions
Time Zone: Available to work Tuesday, March 3 (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST) and attend remote training.

They are currently growing their presence at live events and looking for a Brand Ambassador / Event Staff member who can support their goals in lead generation, qualification, and professional B2B engagement.
About the Role: We are looking for outgoing, sharp, and coachable Brand Embassador/Event Staff to join GlobalTeam and represent the company at a high-energy business event in Orlando.
In this role, you will proactively engage attendees, deliver a short structured talk track, qualify potential leads, and coordinate next steps with the team. You’ll collaborate with the booth lead and internal team to ensure high-quality lead capture and strong event performance. Experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, or brand ambassador roles is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively approach attendees with a professional, friendly, high-energy presence.
Deliver a short talk track (provided script) and adapt it to each attendee.
Ask qualifying questions regarding role, company size, hiring needs, timeline, and decision-making authority.
Capture lead details accurately in the system and apply correct tags.
Coordinate next steps when appropriate (schedule conversations or hand off to the booth lead).
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, or brand ambassador roles (University students are encouraged to apply too).
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable starting conversations with new people in a live event setting.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong professional presence.
Available to work Tuesday, March 3 (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and attend a brief remote training (90 minutes, includes role-play).
Comfortable standing/walking and engaging attendees consistently through the day.
Bonus Points for:
Prior experience in B2B environments or business conferences.
Experience booking meetings or qualifying leads.
Exposure to recruitment, staffing, or professional services industries.
What We Offer:
