
Job Title: UX / Product Designer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $45-$50 per hour
Length: 6 month extendible W2 Contract, No C2C (likely long-term extension, potential to convert)
Job Summary
The UX / Product Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, functional, and user-friendly product experiences. This role involves working closely with business partners and researchers to develop user flows, wireframes, and visual elements. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, experience in digital design, experience in design strategy, and proficiency with tools like Figma and JIRA.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners and researchers to create cohesive product experiences.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Build and maintain design libraries.
Ensure designs are intuitive, functional, and user-friendly.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Present design solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
Work with development teams to implement and test UI designs.
Mentor junior designers and promote best practices in UX design.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design.
Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, and other design tools.
Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
