Summary The Social Media Manager will own and advance Sparks & 3D's social media presence by combining creativity with strategic acumen. This role leads the development and execution of a sophisticated B2B and B2C audience-driven social media strategy-balancing trend-forward, hands‑on content creation with collaboration across the content, strategy, and creative teams to tailor every asset for maximum platform impact. This role is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring 2‑3 days per week in‑office based out of Philadelphia, PA or surrounding regions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Social Strategy & Ownership
Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that drive brand growth and engagement for Sparks & 3D's diverse audiences.
Build and maintain a robust content calendar, ensuring messaging is bold, on‑brand, and audience‑centric across existing channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) while developing a strategy and POV for future channels (TikTok, Threads, Reddit, and more).
Stay agile with platform trends, proactively adapting content and best practices to keep Sparks & 3D at the forefront of social innovation.
Content Creation & Customization
Ideate, create, and publish captivating, channel‑native content‑while also collaborating closely with content, creative, and strategy partners to adapt long‑form and campaign assets for social.
Write clear, compelling creative briefs for in‑house and agency teams.
Produce original short‑form video and written content including camera‑facing video assets and voiceover.
Source and partner with influencers and external creators as needed to boost reach and relevance.
Cross‑Channel Collaboration
Lead social media integration with broader marketing, brand, product, and PR strategies.
Partner with Sales and Demand Gen teams to align social efforts to business outcomes and drive measurable results.
Consistently communicate plans, performance, and insights to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Analytics & Optimization
Regularly analyze platform performance, optimizing content and channel strategy for engagement and business KPIs.
Deliver actionable performance reports, share social listening insights, and recommend data‑driven pivots.
Community & Team Leadership
Champion brand voice and reputation through timely, thoughtful engagement and community management.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of experimentation, quality, and accountability.
Education & Experience
7+ years of social media experience, ideally in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional agency or brand role.
Proven ability to own and execute strategy, create platform‑native content, and collaborate across teams.
Deep understanding of B2B and B2C social marketing, influencer and creator partnerships, social analytics, and campaign optimization.
Expertise in contemporary creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Figma, Dash Hudson, etc.) and social management platforms like Sprout Social.
Exceptional written and visual communication skills; confident ideator, creator, and strategic thinker.
Travel Requirements Travel up to 25%
