Dream Three is a production company founded by an award-winning filmmaker and a Broadway actor. We create high-impact, mainstream stories that awaken consciousness and drive cultural change. Our projects span mediums and genres to include scripted and unscripted, podcasts and music, theater and live events, publishing, and immersive experiences. We are an elite team: focused, high-trust, and relentlessly committed to mastery — not a 9-to-5 comfort zone. If you thrive in environments with radical candor, clear ownership, and big creative swings, you’ll feel at home here.
Role Overview Dream Three multi-platform story studio creating content across film, TV, theater, audio, publishing, and immersive media. Our podcast division produces shows that spark cultural conversations—content for people who find community in the things they love.
We’re looking for a Social Media Producer who doesn’t treat social as an afterthought. You’ll have a seat at the creative table working closely with producers, talent, and the production team from concept through delivery.
What Success Looks Like In This Role
Social content that feels intentional, not extracted—because you shaped it upstream.
A consistent, on-brand content calendar that publishes on time—every time.
Clear trajectory toward 100K followers with documented learnings on what’s working.
A repeatable system where great podcast conversations naturally become great social content.
Who You Are
You think in clips before anyone hits record. You’re not just someone with ideas— you’re someone who ships. You can pitch a concept in a planning meeting and have it posted by end of week.
You move fast but care deeply about craft, community, and the details that make content feel authentic rather than algorithmic. You understand fandom and pop culture—not because you’ve studied it, but because you’ve lived it.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Partnership: Work closely with producers and talent to shape content with social in mind from the start. Bring a social-first perspective to creative conversations.
Content Production + Coordination: Manage a small team of short-form video editors. Create clear briefs with creative direction. Oversee timelines and ensure deliverables are on-brand and ready to post.
Calendar + Execution: Own the social media calendar across all platforms. Coordinate releases with episode drops, guest promotions, and cultural moments. Ensure consistent, on-time publishing.
Growth + Experimentation: Develop and test content formats, hooks, and series ideas. Track trends, sounds, and platform shifts. Iterate based on what’s working.
Analytics + Optimization: Track performance metrics and present clear weekly reports. Use data to inform creative decisions and editor direction.
Role Requirements
2+ years in social media production, content creation, or a similar role (podcast, creator, or entertainment experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record of executing—not just ideating. Show us things you’ve shipped.
Deep fluency in short-form platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and what performs on each.
Ability to give clear, constructive creative direction to editors.
Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and social-first storytelling.
Highly organized—able to manage multiple deliverables without dropping balls.
Genuine connection to fandom and pop culture. We can teach tools; we can’t teach passion.
BONUS POINTS
Experience working with talent on promotional content and social collaborations.
Background in live events, conventions, or experiential content.
Experience building or refining production workflows and systems.
A personal fandom you’re genuinely passionate about (we’ll ask).
TOOLS YOU’LL USE
Planning & Collaboration: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Frame.io, Agorapulse
Tracking: Airtable, Sheets
File Sharing: Dropbox
THE DETAILS
Hours: 15–20 hours/week to start, with flexibility to scale based on production cycles and live events.
Location: Hybrid, with regular meetings in Manhattan.
Travel: Occasional travel for events and content production.
Contract: Initial 90-day evaluation period with potential for ongoing engagement.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Start: Immediate availability preferred.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
If this role feels like a stretch in all the right ways, we’d love to hear from you. Tell us how your skills, experience, and unique point of view can level up this team and the stories we’re bringing into the world.
Dream Three is an equal opportunity employer. We value a wide range of backgrounds, identities, and perspectives, and strongly encourage candidates from historically underrepresented communities to apply.
