Boston Scientific is seeking a Marketing Excellence Manager to elevate marketing capabilities, strengthen execution and drive measurable business results across the Endoscopy Global Marketing organization. This role will lead the design and delivery of high-impact training and capability development programs that enhance core marketing competencies - from strategy and planning to launch excellence and omnichannel execution.
As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, the Marketing Excellence Manager will partner closely with senior leaders and functional experts to ensure marketing talent is equipped, aligned and continuously improving - ultimately translating stronger capabilities into stronger commercial performance.
Work model, sponsorship, relocation At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.
Your responsibilities
Design, develop and lead comprehensive marketing training programs that build critical competencies and improve performance across the marketing organization
Translate business priorities and performance gaps into targeted capability-building initiatives with clear learning objectives and outcomes
Create scalable learning experiences using a mix of formats, including workshops, playbooks, toolkits, digital learning and coaching
Lead and execute programs such as the Annual Marketing Summit and Marketing Awards
Establish clear metrics to measure training effectiveness and link capability development to business results
Continuously assess organizational strengths and gaps, adjusting programs to drive improved execution, speed and impact
Champion best practices in marketing excellence, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across teams
Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders, supporting talent development, team effectiveness and change initiatives
Actively participate on the Marketing Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning, priorities and organizational decisions
Collaborate with Corporate Marketing partners to align on standards, frameworks and tools
Foster a culture of learning, accountability and continuous improvement within the marketing organization
Stay current on external marketing trends, methodologies and tools, bringing fresh thinking and innovation into capability programs
Qualifications Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
Minimum of 8 years' professional experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing
Strong oral and written communication skills and experience facilitating training
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs that drive measurable improvements in performance
Strong understanding of modern marketing disciplines, including upstream and downstream excellence
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, medical devices or regulated industries
Background in adult learning, instructional design or organizational development
Advanced degree, such as an MBA or master's in a related field

Salary:
Minimum $131,700; Maximum $250,200. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and location.
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
