What You’ll Do We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage the day‑to‑day execution of our marketing initiatives by overseeing the marketing team, setting priorities, and ensuring projects stay on track. This role is responsible for driving accountability, maintaining timelines, and aligning marketing efforts with company objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong people manager, highly organized, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities while keeping a team focused, productive, and aligned in a fast‑paced environment.

Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure projects are executed accurately and on time

Set clear expectations, priorities, and deadlines for team members

Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all marketing initiatives

Conduct regular check‑ins, performance feedback, and goal setting for team members

Identify workflow gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and communication

Planning & Execution Oversight

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, content, and partner initiatives

Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and deliverables

Ensure all marketing activities align with company strategy, brand standards, and business goals

Review and approve marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency

Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with sales, operations, and leadership

Strategy, Reporting & Optimization

Translate high‑level marketing objectives into clear, actionable plans for the team

Track project status, deadlines, and performance metrics

Provide regular updates and reporting on marketing activities, progress, and results

Identify risks, roadblocks, or resource constraints and proactively address them

What You Need

Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, events, and content initiatives

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and reporting on results

Proficiency with common marketing tools, platforms, and project management systems
