Headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA, The Automotive Marketing Group is a full-service advertising agency specializing in the automotive industry.

Currently, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to grow with our company. If you are analytical, detail oriented, have a strong knowledge of digital marketing, we want to hear from you! The perfect candidate will have significant experience in developing digital advertising strategies, managing multiple clients, building and managing multiple campaigns, and performing deep analysis. Experience with vetting future vendors and managing vendor relationships is also a requirement. Success in this position requires the ability to manage stress and pressure from working on multiple projects at one time, while balancing client expectations and project constraints. Experience in the Automotive industry and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

Creating and implementing all aspects of Search Engine Marketing, Display, Social, Digital Video, Email and Other Digital Advertising Campaigns

Monitoring and Managing Campaign Performance

Testing and Tweaking Campaigns to Maximize Conversion Rates

Maintaining and creating custom tags and conversions

Setting up and maintaining website pixels and codes

Reporting and Analyzing Campaign Results

Continuing Education on Legal/Manufacturer Compliance

Google Analytics Monitoring and Reporting

Develop PowerPoints for proposals and reports

Working with Graphic Designers to Create Artwork

Managing and Tracking Campaign Budgets

Meeting Both Short and Long-Term Deadlines

Direct contact and performance reporting to clients

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or relevant experience

Minimum 3 years online/digital advertising experience

Google Ads and Bing Certification- must have extensive search engine marketing experience

Google Analytics Certification

Must have an understanding of UTM coding

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Data Studio, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, Google My Business and YouTube Studio is preferred

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Self-motivated and self-directed

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude

Full-Time 40 Hour Work Week Position with Benefits

This is an onsite Position. Relocation is a must for out-of-town applicants
