
The Graphic Designer for BHC is responsible for transforming complex ideas into compelling visual and verbal narratives for the Creative team. The Graphic Designer works with the Creative team to produce cohesive and effective design across the collection.
Duties/Responsibilities
Collaborate with Creative leadership on processes, visual development, and production of collateral for all BHC assets and internal team needs
Gather insights to understand organizational, cultural, and business drivers behind each project, ensuring designs are relevant and impactful
Move design projects forward and support the Creative team for seamless communication from creative request submittal to on-property implementation
Ensure a high standard of visual execution and brand consistency across all assets and campaigns
Reference and adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across print, digital, and presentation platforms
Translate abstract concepts into thoughtful, documented design solutions that resonate with diverse audiences-generating multiple initial ideas and refining through collaboration and feedback
Create visually appealing slides, functional templates, and elevated layouts for idea sharing or internal presentations using Figma, PowerPoint, and InDesign
Manage the proofing and editing process alongside the Creative team to validate and approve designs, photography, and collateral prior to publishing or printing
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines
Decide how to best represent a concept visually through collaborative conversations and concise mockups
Produce sketches, storyboards, and visual layouts based on strategic brand positioning
Design social assets from concept through completion for campaign-specific initiatives
Present designs, artwork, photography, and graphics from the team to the Senior Creative Manager for approval to maintain brand consistency
Prepare polished, production-ready artwork and documentation for presentations and collateral
Partner with People & Culture, Social, and Marketing teams to bring clarity and creativity to internal and external initiatives while prioritizing asset Creative projects
Handle all communications and materials with a high level of discretion

Work closely with teams to ensure the BHC voice and style is observed, and design strategy is consistent and clear throughout all visual communications
Show aptitude for thinking creatively, sharing, and encouraging ideas with teams and colleagues
Consistently ensure all graphic design meets and exceeds ownership objectives to maintain strong brand presence
Work with the Senior Creative Manager to monitor project management task boards to consistently evolve with changing goals, milestones, and achievements
Required Skills/Abilities
1-3+ years of relevant graphic design experience
Hands‑on designer with ability to structure content visually for impact
Strong understanding for visual hierarchy and legibility
Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas into clear, powerful visuals and verbal messages
Flexible and thoughtful; able to view challenges from multiple perspectives and adapt designs accordingly
Collaborative partner who values feedback, iteration, and collective design excellence over ego
Strong time management skills; able to prioritize executive deliverables while managing parallel team projects
Excellent design ability with expert knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation tools such as Figma, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with After Effects or animation considered a plus
Discerning eye for brand taste level
Strong attention to detail
Creative and technical problem‑solving skills
Strong communication and time management skills
Demonstrate originality, innovation, and a multi‑disciplinary thinking
Must have a strong portfolio featuring examples of design and creative conceptual work
Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast‑paced environment

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in comparable field of art, design, or communications preferred
1-3+ years of relevant graphic design experience, hospitality design experience preferred
