BeCore is looking to add a Senior Producer to their Nike production team! This role will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Nike’s most visible experiential programs. This role requires proven expertise managing multi-million-dollar budgets and leading large-scale, simultaneous projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. The Senior Producer serves as both a hands‑on leader for flagship initiatives and an oversight producer guiding direct reports on smaller projects, ensuring Nike’s standards for innovation, precision, and athlete‑first culture are consistently upheld.

What You’ll Do
Lead production strategy for Nike programs, balancing creative ambition with operational feasibility.
Develop comprehensive budgets ($1M+), staffing models, and logistical frameworks for simultaneous projects.
Collaborate with Creative, Client Services, and Nike stakeholders to align scope with brand goals.
Pressure-test creative concepts against operational realities to ensure flawless execution.
Build and manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets with accuracy, transparency, and profitability.
Anticipate changes, address scope shifts quickly, and maintain alignment with Nike’s evolving priorities.
Create detailed production timelines with multiple overlapping workstreams, ensuring on‑time delivery under compressed schedules.
Act as lead producer for Nike’s highest‑profile events and activations, managing large multi‑disciplinary teams of producers, coordinators, and freelancers.
Provide oversight and mentorship on mid‑size projects, empowering direct reports to lead while ensuring quality control.
Maintain visibility across programs, ensuring promises made during pitches are delivered in execution.
Build, manage, and negotiate with Nike’s global vendor network across fabrication, AV, graphics, staffing, and logistics.
Ensure vendor alignment with Nike’s standards for quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
Partner with internal Experiential Operations to expand and refine preferred partner networks for global execution.
Serve as a key production voice in high‑level Nike meetings, representing feasibility and operational strategy.
Partner seamlessly with Nike’s internal stakeholders, athletes, and brand teams, ensuring experiences are athlete‑first, culturally sensitive, and aligned with Nike’s sports heritage.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Production, Creative, Client Services, and external partners.
Help evolve Nike‑specific systems, tools, and templates to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Share learnings across the Production team to elevate executional consistency across Nike programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
6–10 years in experiential marketing and production, with direct leadership on $1M+ budgets and multiple simultaneous large‑scale projects.
Nike / Sports background preferred. Experience producing athlete‑focused brand activations for Nike or comparable global sports brands.
Proven ability to lead large producer teams on flagship projects while providing oversight and mentorship across smaller programs.
Experience contributing to winning new work through pitches, RFPs, and client presentations.
Strong background in budget building, vendor management, and resourcing strategy.
Advanced Excel and fluency in deck‑building platforms (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides). Familiarity with Notion and Airtable is a plus.
Skilled at presenting to executive‑level clients and building trust through clear, strategic communication.
Willingness to travel 25–35% and work evenings/weekends as required by high‑profile event schedules.
Salary $105,000 - $115,000
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills\/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
