Accountabilities

Design and deliver blended learning programs that align with business goals, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.

Apply andragogy and evidence‑based instructional design principles to create learner‑centric, engaging experiences for adult professionals.

Develop and curate diverse learning formats, including self‑paced modules, e‑learning courses, virtual training sessions, and practical, on‑the‑job activities.

Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across all learning materials and delivery methods.

Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPT configurations, to enhance learning effectiveness, scalability, and personalization.

Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives.

Requirements

Background in instructional design with hands‑on experience designing digital and blended learning programs.

Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and large language models, including their capabilities and limitations.

Experience prototyping, configuring, and deploying AI‑powered tools to support learning solutions.

Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and content development best practices.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, iterative environments.
