Role Summary The Associate Marketing Manager supports day‑to‑day marketing execution for the Sal’s Pizza brand. This role is highly hands‑on and execution‑focused, partnering closely with the Marketing Manager and working alongside the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist to bring campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives to life across corporate and franchise locations.

This role requires flexibility and a strong sense of ownership, as priorities may evolve based on business needs in a fast‑paced QSR environment.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives across Sal’s Pizza locations

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on‑time launches

Assist with campaign rollouts across in‑store, digital, social, and franchise channels

Brand & Franchise Support

Support franchise marketing needs, including local promotions, signage, and activation requests

Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for franchise‑related marketing coordination

Help ensure brand standards and consistency across all franchise materials

Creative & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with the Senior Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist to coordinate creative assets and production timelines

Work with operations, franchising, and vendors to support execution of events, activations, and partnerships

Assist with vendor coordination (print, digital, promotional partners, etc.)

Digital & Content Support

Support updates to website content, landing pages, and digital promotions

Assist with email marketing, social content coordination, and content calendars

Help track and organize digital assets and campaign materials

Reporting & Organization

Assist with tracking campaign performance, timelines, and deliverables

Support organization of marketing calendars, budgets, and project documentation

Help identify execution gaps and process improvements

Additional Responsibilities

Perform other marketing‑related duties as assigned to support Sal’s Pizza initiatives and evolving business needs

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, hospitality, franchising, or consumer brands

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience coordinating campaigns and working with creative teams

Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and email platforms

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
