Marketing Operations & Content Specialist - M&M Home Remodeling Services

$60,000 base + 10% annual bonus
M&M Home Remodeling Services is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Content Specialist to help execute, organize, and optimize our day‑to‑day marketing efforts across digital, social, and local channels.
This role is ideal for someone who loves:
Clear expectations and KPIs
Owning calendars, workflows, and execution
Blending creativity with data and analytics
Seeing their work directly tied to performance and bonus outcomes
This is not a people manager role and not a strategy‑only role — it’s a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys being close to the work and driving results.
What You’ll Do
Execute digital marketing campaigns and content plans
Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and workflows
Assist in creating marketing content for digital and print using Canva and Adobe
Manage social media marketing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite
Support online reputation management and customer reviews
Track marketing analytics, performance metrics, and attribution
Support CRM and lead tracking data accuracy using AccuLynx and CallRail
Assist with local marketing, events, home shows, and trade shows
Qualifications
1+ year experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, social media, or content marketing
Experience with marketing tools and analytics (Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite)
Strong organizational and execution skills
Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and accountability
Employment for this position is contingent upon a valid driver's license, a review of the candidate's motor vehicle record (MVR), and successful completion of a background investigation conducted in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws. The Company may conduct MVR checks prior to hire and periodically thereafter. Eligibility to drive a company vehicle is determined based on these reviews, and an unsatisfactory MVR or background investigation may affect driving privileges, vehicle assignment, or employment eligibility.
