Overview

Marketing & Operations Specialist at Geekplus America to support the execution of the US marketing strategy and help drive business growth across the region. This role will work closely with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative marketing initiatives with strong operational and analytical support. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Social Media: Plan, develop, and execute social media content across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) in alignment with the global marketing strategy Assist in executing SEO and SEM strategies to drive website traffic and lead generation Support the setup, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and other paid media campaigns Help coordinate digital media advertising initiatives and track performance Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Execute email marketing campaigns end to end, including campaign setup, list segmentation, scheduling, testing, and deployment Build and manage email campaigns aligned with trade shows, webinars, content launches, and ongoing lead-nurture programs Implement email automation workflows, including follow-up sequences and lead-nurture emails Trade Shows & Events Support logistics and execution for supply chain trade shows and events Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Manage pre-event and post-event communications, including invitations, follow-ups, and lead handover Provide onsite event support as needed, ensuring smooth execution and brand consistency Public Relations & Communications Assist with industry award applications, including content drafting and submission coordination Support the drafting and editing of press releases, articles, and external communications Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support PR initiatives Reporting & Marketing Operations Assist the marketing manager in preparing data-driven weekly and monthly performance reports for regional and global teams Support coordination between Sales and Marketing by assisting with CRM processes, including lead assignment and data accuracy Provide administrative and operational support for marketing activities, including invoicing coordination, documentation, and internal processes Marketing Assets & Content Development Assist in adapting and developing marketing assets such as product brochures, presentations, and digital content Liaise with video production vendors and internal teams to support video projects Support drafting and coordination of customer case studies and success stories Ensure marketing materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines Qualifications & Experience 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, operations, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field First experience in B2B marketing preferred Strong writing and communication skills Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) is a strong plus Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing best practices is a plus Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset Interest in robotics, automation, or logistics is a strong plus Willingness and availability to travel for trade shows, events, and video shoots Additional Requirements & Preferences Hybrid role: 4 days per week in the Atlanta office. Chinese language proficiency preferred but not required.
