Credit Union Marketing/Project Manager
will partner closely with the marketing organization and the product strategy group to drive cross‑functional initiatives, coordinate vendor relationships, and support marketing workflows tied to auto lending. This role plays a critical part in enabling the organization’s mission to enhance member experience through strategic, data‑driven project execution.
Responsibilities
Serving as the primary liaison between the Auto Product Strategy team and Marketing
Overseeing vendors and partnership contracts to ensure alignment and delivery
Managing workflow, prioritization, and project timelines using tools such as Asana
Supporting digital marketing initiatives including analytics and performance tracking
Driving communication, alignment, and visibility across cross‑organizational teams
Qualifications
5–10 years of project management experience in a cross‑functional environment
Experience within consumer banking or credit unions (automobile lending strongly preferred)
Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (Asana highly preferred)
Strong communication, cross‑team leadership, and business‑driven decision‑making skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
PMP certification or equivalent credentials preferred
Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000–$120,000 depending on experience
