Marketing Communications Specialist The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for providing high level project and administrative assistance to the Marketing Communication department key areas of market research, website/digital and content, and creative and brand. This position is also responsible for facilitating payment of invoices, and displaying excellent customer service through verbal, non-verbal and written communications. About Us

The targeted pay range for this job is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education. Benefits

Essential Job Responsibilities
Assists the Marketing Communications team by leading and managing special marketing communication projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring all timelines are met. Provides department administrative support, maintains critical document files and organization. Gathers consumer and competitor data to support comprehensive market analysis. Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performs data entry, and provides performance reporting to stakeholders. Manages department invoices, accounts payable, documentation and monthly expense reports. Acts as the primary point of contact for vendor relations, promotional orders, and the brand store. Provides phone and "Contact Us" support for customer and stakeholder inquiries. Coordinates website updates, including monthly activity calendars, floor plans, and SEO-focused alt tags. Provides backup support for social media content and management. Assists with collateral proofing, organizing digital assets, and coordinating creative requests to maintain brand consistency. Develops professional presentations, spreadsheets, charts, tables, and other graphics for internal and external meetings as needed. Assists in the creation and implementation of business process tools for internal and external use such as: Best Practices, Policy and Procedures, marketing collateral and data analytics. Marketing Communications Specialist Minimum Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Three years of administrative, communications or marketing experience Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively in written, verbal and visual formats as well as editing and proofing skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete high-quality work Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail Must have high level of interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive professional relationships with business partners and vendors Preferred Qualifications
