Sales Consultant Compensation: $55,000 - $145,000

What is going on? Giles Subaru is the #1 Subaru dealership in Louisiana with a brand-new state‑of‑the‑art facility and some of the best people you can have. We are very proud of our sales department and just need a person to join our team.

What do you get?

Money of course:

Our compensation programs maximize growth potential while eliminating most risks. You are paid a salary to go through our world‑class training program. Once training is over you receive a base pay with a great bonus and commission structure. We also offer bonuses, awards, and a company car with a 15‑sale average.

Yearly Christmas Bonus:

As you make sales you earn money toward an annual Christmas bonus paid every December. The average payout is $1,700.

Yearly Vacation Bonus:

As you make sales you earn money toward a vacation bonus paid every July. The average payout is $1,700.

Annual Sales Events

Company Car:

You also have the opportunity to earn a car to drive. Hit and maintain a 15‑sale average per month for 90 days and you will be able to drive a company car as long as you maintain that average. (Must be at least 25 years old and employed with us for 12 months to qualify.)

Training:

We have an 8‑week workshop starting soon. We offer 8 weeks of initial orientation and continued ongoing training.

Career Development:

Career growth is our biggest motivation. Our goal is to find a path to advance your career whether in sales, service, or management. Many positions offer 6‑figure incomes within 2–3 years. Promotion to senior sales within the first 6 months is anticipated for qualified candidates.

What do you do? You greet customers, determine their needs, match them to the right Subaru, test‑drive the latest vehicles, present prices, ask for the business, and demonstrate how to use the vehicle. Additional tasks include making phone calls, emailing, texting, marketing yourself, attending sales meetings and training, and scheduling appointments with clients.
