This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter who can run an apartment operation by day and support hotel operations by … also day (and sometimes night!). You’ll split your time between helping renters feel at home and keeping things running at the hotel.
It’s a job with hats. Lots of them. And you need to love that.
What You’ll Actually Do: ️Apartment, Retail & Parking Operations (about 60-70%)
Lease apartments and show units like you live there (but don’t)
Manage the full start-to-stay for residents: applications, screenings, renewals, turnovers
Own the resident experience: communications, newsletters, happy fun times
Coordinate maintenance and keep public spaces spotless
Act as liaison for retail tenants and parking partners
Track apartment and parking inventory plus help grow the business
Stay on top of systems and all that behind-the scenes stuff (tracking rent, logs, packages, move-ins, etc.)
Hotel Operations Support (about 30-40%)
Support hotel sales and operations teams (think: admin, scheduling, follow-up, lead tracking)
Help coordinate group stays, small events, catering, contracts, and CRM stuff (don’t worry, we’ll train you)
Pitch in where needed across sales and service teams (how can I help with all the things)
Keep communication flowing across both businesses
✅ You're Probably The Right Person If:
You’ve got
1–2 years of apartment leasing
under your belt
You’re organized, responsive, and don’t drop the ball
You’re cool working across different teams and wearing many hats (residents + hotel guests = very different vibes)
You know how to self-manage and spot what needs doing
You’re tech-comfy (emails, spreadsheets, shared drives, accounting systems)
Bonus Points For:
Hotel sales or hospitality admin experience
Knowing your way around Yardi or hotel PMS
Experience working cross-functionally or with department heads
You maintain a TN real estate license
