In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview presentation materials
Work with technical staff to plan, write, design, and produce proposal and presentation materials for potential clients
Write and maintain project profiles for all current and past projects
Prepare and update resumes for staff members
Track and maintain marketing information to populate company data systems: pursuit and contract information, photography, resumes, project profiles, references, etc.
Communicate and collaborate with marketing staff in other offices as well as corporate marketing
Assist with gathering market research
Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status
Maintain and enforce company brand standards and quality control procedures
Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal
Support management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards
Support solicitation of formal client feedback
Administer implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR’s Matrix of Authority
Support creation of marketing collateral to support business development efforts.
Support development of engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars).
Support planning of large, internal meetings (in-person or virtual)
Coordinate large, internal meetings (in-person and virtual)
Maintain inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferences and recruiting
Perform other duties, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
Graphic skills
Required Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
