This position is remote with occasional travel for team meetings.

About the Position The Social Media Manager & Creator is a skilled individual contributor role with primary ownership of social media content creation, publishing, and performance optimization, without people management responsibilities. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this hands‑on role owns the day‑to‑day social content calendar and leads content development from concept through approval and publishing, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign goals. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who is comfortable behind and in front of the camera, with strong content instincts, platform fluency, and solid project‑management skills.

About You

2–3 years of experience in content, social media, or marketing roles, preferably with CPG, DTC, or lifestyle brand experience.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Proven visual sensibility with hands‑on experience capturing high‑quality photo and video content.

Graphic design and/or video editing experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Edits, Canva, Figma, or comparable platforms.

Hands‑on experience creating and publishing content across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook).

Familiarity with social scheduling and content management tools (e.g., Hootsuite or similar).

Strong proficiency with AI‑powered tools to support content ideation, copy development, briefs, and creative execution.

Comfort working with mobile‑first content creation tools and adapting brand assets for social use.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

Own planning, development, and execution of social content across platforms, including internally produced content and content created with external creators.

Manage the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaigns, launches, and integrated marketing priorities.

Create original short‑form photo and video content (staging, shooting, editing), adapting existing brand assets and leveraging AI‑powered tools where relevant.

Draft, edit, and adapt social copy in line with brand voice and platform best practices.

Publish and schedule content using platform‑specific best practices and social management tools.

Continuously optimize content based on performance data, platform trends, and audience insights.

Creator & Partner Content Support

Lead content development with external creators by drafting briefs, managing timelines, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring brand and platform alignment.

Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure creators receive product, required assets, and payment.

Support content‑driven giveaways and content‑led co‑marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Director.

Community Engagement

In partnership with the Marketing Coordinator, share ownership of inbound community engagement by monitoring comments and messages, responding appropriately, and escalating issues as needed.

Support outbound engagement by building visibility and relationships through thoughtful interactions with relevant creators, influencers, and brand accounts in communities aligned with our core customer.

Execution & Reporting Support

Track key content and social performance metrics on an ongoing basis.

Compile performance summaries highlighting engagement trends, top‑performing content, and optimization opportunities to inform future content planning.

Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $75,000 – $90,000.
