
Summary Statement
As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will assist the Resorts World Las Vegas Marketing & Advertising team with the overall development of the brand and related programs. This role helps build integrated marketing plans, targeted campaigns, activated channels to drive consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and brand awareness.
Primary Job Duties
Create, manage and implement all-encompassing marketing plans and programs, both short and long term to increase revenues, awareness, and expansion of property products and/or services.
Manage creative processes and direction on all marketing related areas including, but not limited to: Brand, Signage, Websites, Digital & Print Advertising, Email & Collateral.
Work with internal and external partners, including but not limited to Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Retail, Nightlife, Human Resources, Entertainment, Casino Marketing, etc.
Work with Digital Marketing counterparts to leverage and activate strategies to achieve goals in revenue growth via the website, digital advertising and social media.
Assist with strategy, budget, and development of visual assets and arrange photo & video shoots as needed and appropriate.
Developing, managing and executing an annual marketing plan and budget.
Work directly with the VP of Marketing and agency on the development of all internal brands and ensure all projects are implemented on time and within budget.
Ensure all advertising for the hotel and owned brands is in alignment with brand standards and established guidelines.
Control quantity and inventory of all marketing collateral and verifies copies are filed in a comprehensive manner.
Assist in the production of all property, display, and temporary signage in hotel public areas. Assist with sponsorship opportunities and activation executions.
Be the driving force behind all aspects of the guest experience as it relates to, but not limited to entertainment, activations, opening events and weekly programming.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications
Proven track record of successfully creating and executing innovative, diverse programming that drives results.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to sell concepts and ideas to senior management, peers, and direct reports; skilled in mentoring and motivating teams while maintaining a strong guest service focus.
Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach; maintains a professional appearance.
Full knowledge and compliance with company rules, policies, and required licensing to perform all job responsibilities effectively.
Create, manage, and execute comprehensive short- and long-term marketing plans and budgets to drive revenue, awareness, and brand growth.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Brand Marketing experience in the hospitality industry.
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience
At least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least five years of brand marketing experience and a minimum of three years in a management role.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and project management software, with familiarity in print and production processes to effectively support both digital and traditional marketing efforts.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Position required licenses.
Physical Demands
Work is typically performed in an office environment.
Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
