Summary of Role We’re seeking an experienced content marketer to support an enterprise SaaS marketing organization. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical products, architectures, and business value into precise, persuasive messaging across the full funnel. You’ll partner closely with Design, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, and Sales to produce high‑impact content that aligns to enterprise buying cycles, addresses industry relevant pain points, and technical audiences—while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and help scale written and visual content.
Primary Responsibilities
Own copy development for enterprise B2B initiatives, including (but not limited to):
Campaign landing pages and email nurture programs
Long‑form assets (eBooks, case studies, customer stories)
Paid media, social, and industry‑specific copy
Website pages
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, credible, customer‑focused narratives for business and technical stakeholders
Partner with Product Marketing to align copy to personas, industries, and buying stages
Contribute to campaign planning, creative briefs, and messaging frameworks
Use performance data and qualitative feedback to refine and optimize copy
Ensure consistency with enterprise brand standards, voice, and legal/compliance requirements
AI‑Assisted Writing Expectations
Use AI tools (e.g., generative writing assistants) to accelerate first drafts, ideation, content variations, and optimization—while maintaining human judgment and editorial quality
Apply strong prompting, editing, and fact‑checking skills to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand alignment
Understand where AI adds efficiency vs. where original thinking, synthesis, and subject‑matter understanding are required
Adapt AI‑assisted workflows to support scale across campaigns without sacrificing quality or compliance
Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and best practices as they relate to enterprise content creation
Comfort using AI tools as part of a modern content workflow
Qualifications
3‑5 years of professional content marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, B2B tech space
Demonstrated ability to write for long buying cycles and multiple stakeholders (technical, business, executive)
Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and comfort working within brand and compliance constraints
Hands‑on experience with SEO, content performance metrics, and optimization
