
Educational Performance Tours is a Student Tour Operator specializing in the Performing Arts across North America & Hawaii. We cultivate once in a lifetime performance tours for Music, Dance, & Theatre programs that empower young artists to grow not only as artists, but as individuals. We believe student travel should be seamless, inspiring, and transformative. Our sales team works closely with program directors & educators to create experiences that go beyond the walls of a classroom, while our operations team works with current Broadway artists & professional talent across the country to bring said experiences to life. EPT delivers tours that are organized, meaningful, and transformative, allowing students to explore, and grow, while educators enjoy the confidence and ease of a fully planned, expertly executed tour.
Role Description We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated young professional who embodies curiosity, confidence, creativity, and initiative. This is a hands‑on role designed for someone who will work directly alongside Amanda, acting as her right hand across organizing and filing documents received from clients, planning & executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media projects & website development, in addition to daily operations.
The ideal candidate is someone who is naturally organized, confident, solution‑oriented, detail‑focused, and eager to learn. This position offers real growth potential — the right person will develop into a leadership‑level partner who can mirror Amanda’s responsibilities over time.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience (including Internship experience)
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Proficiency in social media platforms
Utilize Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, CRM tools, and digital platforms with ease
Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
Comfortable being in fast‑paced environment and problem solving
Bonus: Background in performing arts, events, travel, marketing, or client‑facing roles
Competitive salary, based on experience
Hybrid schedule with remote Fridays

Occasional travel for student tours and events
