Our staffing firm is partnering with a boutique advertising agency specializing in the industrial sector to hire a dynamic
Graphic Designer / Account Manager .
This is a unique hybrid role for someone who is equally comfortable designing compelling creative and managing client relationships. The agency is small, collaborative, and hands‑on — and they’re looking for a professional who can balance strong visual execution with organized, proactive project management.
If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, interacting directly with clients, and keeping creative projects moving from concept through production, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing Graphic Design (Print & Digital)
Develop high-quality print and digital creative assets
Design brochures, sell sheets, trade show materials, ads, email graphics, web assets, and other marketing collateral
Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors as needed
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
Client & Account Management
Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts
Lead project kickoff calls and manage ongoing communication
Translate client objectives into clear creative direction
Present concepts and revisions professionally and confidently
Project & Timeline Management
Build and manage project timelines
Ensure deliverables stay on schedule and within scope
Coordinate internal resources and manage approvals
Keep multiple projects organized in a fast‑paced agency setting
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or in‑house creative environment
Strong portfolio showcasing both
print and digital work
Experience working with clients directly (agency experience strongly preferred)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
Nice to Have
Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or B2B brands
Familiarity with trade show and sales enablement materials
Experience working in a small agency environment
