Pacagen (pacagen.com) is a house of brands focused on disrupting consumer industries through biotechnology-backed products built by our in‑house research lab. We are actively incubating new technologies in the immune, inflammation, and consumer health spaces. Our first brand helps with allergies to pets and dust that >70K customers use in our second year on the market. Our second brand is launching in the summer of 2026.

We are a venture‑funded startup and founded by experienced entrepreneurs who have built and sold nine‑figure businesses before. We are backed by some of the best venture firms in the world (Maveron, Khosla Ventures, Mars) and are building a world‑class team together to transform the consumer health industry as we know it.

Role Description We are seeking a highly creative, detail‑oriented, and multidisciplinary designer to join our team and help bring Pacagen’s visual identity across digital, social, and brand channels to the next level. You will have the opportunity to define and elevate the visual language of a fast‑growing consumer biotechnology brand.

We’re looking for someone who feels excited about being a key stakeholder in all of Pacagen’s creative assets across all platforms. You will set the creative bar for how Pacagen looks and feels across every interaction. The best candidate will have a strong design portfolio rooted in clarity, storytelling, and conversion‑focused thinking. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment and is excited at the prospect of having no boundaries when it comes to shaping the creative foundation of a rapidly scaling organization.

Why work with us? We’re a fast‑paced start up that is using cutting‑edge science to deliver life‑changing consumer products. We only launch products we truly believe in and our team works hard to make sure we can get those products into the hands of people that need them most. You will be joining a passionate, caring, smart, and hard‑working team supporting one another to deliver on the company’s bold mission. Working at Pacagen will be an exciting growth opportunity for your career. You’ll get exposure to world‑class partners, mentors, and innovative people from every field.

Why NOT work with us?

Two reasons: 1. You’ll notice that the phrase “fast‑paced” is in this job description multiple times. Building an amazing, profitable company in a few years is not easy and we aren’t here to pretend like it is (believe us, we’ve done this before). Startups can be stressful and are not made for everyone, but on the flip‑side extremely rewarding. The best performers get a career boost more drastic than anything they could imagine, but not everyone is fit for the job.

2. We sincerely believe in our mission to improve our customer’s quality of life and deliver high‑efficacy, cutting‑edge products. Our team includes world‑class scientists, experienced product developers, and avid product‑lovers, all laser focused on delivering the best products on the market. If this doesn’t light you up, this role may not be the right fit.
