Job Summary Tech Trek Events is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact business conferences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless event operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute corporate summits, conferences, and networking events.

Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.

Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors to ensure smooth event flow.

Handle venue selection, contract negotiations, and on-site management.

Manage event registrations, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in event planning and management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Must be available on March 18th for event execution.
