Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and creativity through data-driven marketing? Supreme Ecom — a leading e-commerce consulting and marketing agency — is expanding our leadership team, and we’re looking for an experienced
Marketing Manager
to take our brand and performance to the next level. What You’ll Do:
Own and execute the
organic social media marketing strategy Develop, manage, and optimize
content calendars
aligned with client goals, brand voice, and growth KPIs Lead creative direction for short-form content, including hooks, messaging frameworks, trends, and CTAs Oversee the
end-to-end content process : ideation → scripting → posting → performance review Manage and mentor a team of 6 in house employees and multiple contractors Ensure all content aligns with Supreme E-Com’s
brand standards Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, conversions) and translate data into actionable insights Continuously test and iterate on content strategies to improve
organic reach, engagement, and lead generation Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Consulting, and Operations to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals Coordinate with Affiliate Account Manager and affiliates to guide content direction, posting cadence, and best practices to maximize organic reach and conversions Act as the primary point of contact for
marketing performance and strategy
for assigned client accounts Create and present
weekly and monthly performance reports
with clear takeaways and next steps Stay current on social platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes to keep clients ahead of the curve Build and refine internal
SOPs, playbooks, and training materials
for the marketing department Ensure deadlines, posting schedules, and client deliverables are consistently met Identify opportunities for process improvement, scalability, and efficiency within the marketing team What We’re Looking For:
3–5+ years of marketing management experience (e-commerce or agency experience preferred) Strong analytical and leadership skills — comfortable with data, metrics, and performance tracking Creative mindset with an eye for brand consistency and storytelling Excellent communication and project management skills Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 80,000 plus monthly performance based bonus Why Join Us:
