We’re looking for a seasonedFreight Brokerto play a foundational role in shaping our business. You’ll drive revenue by continuously building a strong pipeline—actively prospecting and generating leads, closing new business, and expanding and managing customer accounts over time.
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freight Broker based in Vadnais Heights, MN, with some remote work flexibility. The Freight Broker will be responsible for freight procurement, coordinating shipments, managing relationships with carriers, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include overseeing dispatch operations, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining transparent communication with clients and partners.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
Experience in Dispatching and coordinating shipments
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment that combines in-office and remote work
Proficient with CRM and TMS platforms (e.g., Revenova, Salesforce, or similar)
Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred
