In this role, you will strategically plan and enhance full-funnel Paid Social programs for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. Your insights will drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Through creative testing and data-driven decisions, you'll optimize spending and minimize waste, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices and create scalable solutions. Accountabilities

Develop comprehensive Paid Social plans aligned with business objectives. Communicate results and insights to clients in accessible language. Utilize automation tools and platform features to enhance campaign performance. Conduct thorough testing and measurement of Paid Social initiatives. Mentor team members and document successful strategies for broader use. Ensure data integrity and manage tracking processes effectively. Requirements

5+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns on Meta and TikTok; Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit experience is a plus. Proficiency with automation tools such as Meta Advantage+ and TikTok Smart Performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect media performance to revenue and customer metrics. Excellent communication skills with a focus on client engagement and storytelling. Ability to design and implement practical tests to measure effectiveness. Benefits
