Aisle 518 Strategies has a fully remote workforce, and roles are open to candidates across the United States.

What are you bottom-line responsible for? Managing several accounts, including large-scale ones, with a high degree of autonomy, while also training and managing junior staff.

What outcomes are expected of you?

Lead digital ad campaign strategy, execution, and optimization focusing on creative approach, audience development, placements, a/b tests, platforms, and thresholds for success across multiple statewide and/or national advertising campaigns

Lead in experimentation with new platforms, tactics, and strategies.

Create reports, verify for accuracy, and provide analysis on campaigns to Aisle 518 leadership and clients

Work collaboratively with internal teams and colleagues to drive advertising results and to anticipate client needs ahead of key moments.

Relentlessly identify opportunities for online advertising to achieve client outcomes, and also develop strategies with clients that integrate digital advertising into other political/organizational departments such as email & SMS marketing, tv, organizing, comms, etc.

Mentor and train (including as a manager) staff on digital marketing strategies, tactics, and processes as needed.

Help identify new business opportunities and work with leadership to develop them.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $78,000 to $90,000 (depending on experience)

What do I need from my manager/team to succeed:

Clear and consistent feedback.

Coaching on client management/communication situations.

QAs on writing and trafficking.

Training on specific and very niche aspects of the job, including launching political campaigns, some CRM management, etc.

Training and regular support on managing staff.

Qualifications

3-4+ years of professional experience running and trafficking large direct response marketing campaigns with a focus on Facebook, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform and/or Twitter advertising

At least one cycle working on a political campaign, at a political organization, or within a firm that works with one of those two

Experience talking campaign or organizational leaders through the results of direct response marketing campaigns

Experience using constituent relationship management software such as Blue State Digital, NGP, ActionKit, Salesforce or other platforms

Experience in report template design, data visualization, and presentation design a plus

Impeccable attention to detail and metric-driven analytical thinking
