Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound phone orders and process online orders

Manage orders, including refunds and exchanges

Communicate across multiple channels: in person, phone, email, live chat, and more

Provide personalized cigar recommendations and exceptional customer service

Perform shipping and receiving tasks to ensure product accuracy

Verify product codes and counts

Pick, pack, check, restock, and load products for order fulfillment

Assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
