We are looking for a M&A Portfolio Specialist to join our team. This person would own the full lifecycle of all acquisitions tasking and internal coordination from diligence through post close stabilization
Compensation: 75,000

Responsibilities
Maintain the master portfolio of all active, pending, and recently closed deals
Balance capacity, timelines, and risk across multiple concurrent integrations
Serve as the M&A Operations liaison to Corporate Development during diligence
Assist teams in translating diligence findings into operational readiness plans and coordinate with teams on decisions made based on findings
Ensure that HSC teams (Accounting, IT, HR, Legal, Operations, Marketing, etc.) receive the right information at the right time
Build and maintain the master integration plans for each acquisition
Break down diligence findings into structured, sequenced tasks across teams
Drive cross-functional kickoff meetings, timelines, and deliverables
Identify risks early and elevate before they impact the close or transition
Ensure on-site leadership and HSC teams are prepared for Initial meetings with locations, Week-of-close activities, first 30-, 60-, and 90-day operating periods
Confirm systems access, Onboarding and payroll, billing, reporting, vendor setup, and compliance are ready to go
Confirm materials are ready and shipped for smooth Day 1 transitions across all operations teams
Own all post-close tasking, dependencies, and issue resolution
Track completion, quality, and adoption of all integration workstreams
Ensure no work falls through the cracks after the close date
Facilitate the Performance Tracking for each acquisition
Support projects and initiative, when needed, across the organization as part of the Continuous Improvement team
Partner with teams to help keep work organized, moving forward, and aligned to goals.
Apply consistent project and improvement practices to support effective execution.
Assist with tracking progress, outcomes, and shared learnings to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
MBA strongly preferred
Have 1-3 years’ experience in an M&A or Project Management environment
Proven experience in M&A, brokerage, corporate development, or integration project support
Strong background in project or portfolio management across complex, multi-team initiatives
PMP or equivalent professional project management experience preferred
Experience using tools such as monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar enterprise PM platform
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
