Role Description We are seeking a hands-on Showroom Manager to lead our Houston showroom. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and leading the team by example on the showroom floor.
This is not a desk-based management role. The ideal candidate actively greets clients, demonstrates modern furniture collections, creates drawings and layouts, and closes sales while coaching and motivating the team through real-time leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily showroom sales operations and team performance
Greet clients, demonstrate modern furniture collections, create drawings, and close sales
Set the standard on the sales floor through hands‑on leadership
Coach, train, and motivate the sales team
Analyze showroom performance and define clear action plans
Ensure consistent use of selling tools, CRM, and 3D design presentations
Grow and maintain a healthy CRM pipeline and repeat‑client base

Qualifications

Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team with a results‑driven mindset
Proficient in analyzing sales metrics and developing strategies to improve performance
Comfortable using CRM systems, POS tools, and design software
3+ years of experience in the furniture, interior design, or home furnishings industry.
$80,000 + Sales Commission + Showroom performance‑based bonus
