Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills / Qualifications Required
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification.
Documentation of previous employment.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED or military service.
Demonstrated strong customer‑service orientation.
Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team‑oriented environment.
