Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead roofing crews on commercial projects throughout the Oklahoma City area. This role is hands‑on and supervisory, responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Salary:
85-115K base
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead commercial roofing crews on job sites
Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
Install and oversee commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, etc.)
Monitor job progress, quality control, and productivity
Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and customers
Train and mentor crew members
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
Requirements
3–5+ years of commercial roofing experience
Previous foreman or crew lead experience preferred
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
Ability to read blueprints and roofing specifications
OSHA safety knowledge (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
