Position Summary Support project teams through all phases of architectural projects, from early concept design through construction documentation. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for producing high-quality visual and architectural work. The Architectural Designer will contribute to design development, visualization, and documentation while gaining exposure to a variety of project types and scales.

Responsibilities

Support project teams through all phases of architectural projects, from early design concepts through construction

Perform a range of design and documentation tasks on projects of moderate size and complexity, with guidance from project managers and senior designers

Produce high-quality renderings, 3D models, and presentation graphics that clearly communicate design intent and support client goals

Develop architectural drawings and models in Revit for both design development and construction documentation

Assist with space planning, design studies, and coordination with project managers, senior designers, and consultants

Document design concepts, layouts, and technical ideas developed by others

Take collaborative approach and participate in internal design discussions, charrettes, and team meetings

Demonstrate a foundational understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master degree in Architecture

2–5 years of post-graduate professional experience in an architectural practice.

Strong proficiency in Revit (required)

Exceptional rendering and visualization skills, with the ability to work efficiently under project deadlines.

Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail

Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in delivering high-quality work

Ability to work in a dynamic environment across multiple sectors, project types and phases

Experience with Lumion or similar real-time rendering software (preferred)

Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing levels of responsibility over time
