Position Summary The Associate Contract Management Specialist will partner with the sales team to build and carry out solutions that ensure the maintenance and growth of the customer. This role will work directly with customers who wish to review or make changes to their existing contracts. The Contract Management Specialist will drive accountability to key organizational partners on customer satisfaction. Travel required: 0%
Essential Responsibilities / Duties
Assist customers wishing to cancel, credit, or reduce rate
Act as a relationship manager to an assigned sales team, supporting accounts via multiple support channels to find customer resolutions
Develop and maintain programs and processes that reduce customer churn and increase customer retention
Analyze and manage all revenue reduction activities
Follow process improvement and best practices that the team introduces
Support development, refine and document processes and practices
Report customer feedback to key organizational partners
Maintain strong relationships across the organization through clear communication and detailed follow‑ups
Handle retention and renewal activities such as credits, cancellations, contact adjustments, and account maintenance
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution
1–3 years of strong customer‑centric, sales, or operations experience
Excellent organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Ability to effectively present and demonstrate solutions
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and problem‑solve
Demonstrated computer knowledge (Internet and Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred Experience
Previous Salesforce experience
Internal Equivalency Experience
At least 1 year of SPS experience and exposure to related/relevant areas of practice or expertise
