The Position This position supports and drives engagement with organizational members to promote adoption, participation, and sustained value within ASQ’s Organizational Membership program. This position serves as a subject matter specialist and day-to-day partner for organizational members, ensuring they understand, access, and effectively use membership benefits.
Working closely with Individual Membership, Events, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care workgroups, this position focuses on onboarding, engagement planning, benefit utilization, communications, and experience optimization for organizational members and their employees.
The salary range for this role is $65,182 - $81,477. Any extended offer is based on the candidate's experience and overall fit for the role.
Main Responsibilities / Primary Functions
Responsible for managing 1-2 non-exempt direct reports
Serve as a primary engagement and support resource for organizational members, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of membership benefits and tools.
Guide organizational members in understanding and maximizing the value of their membership.
Monitor engagement levels, identify trends and risks, and recommend strategies to increase participation, satisfaction, and retention using association management software.
Respond to member inquiries and issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and a high-quality experience.
Develop and deliver targeted communications and engagement activities promoting programs, communities, events, and resources.
Support organizational member engagement before, during, and after virtual and in-person events.
Track, analyze, and report engagement data and member feedback to inform stakeholders and continuous improvement with association management tools.
Gather voice-of-the-customer insights and contribute recommendations to enhance organizational membership offerings and processes.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Hybrid Office Environment with Tuesdays & Wednesdays in office at the Milwaukee Headquarters location.
Bring Your Best: Position Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in member/community engagement, customer success, account support, or equivalent combination.
One year of experience working within a membership organization, trade association, or customer focused environment.
Familiarity with Association Management Systems (AMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), B2B, and online community platforms are preferred.
Or an equivalent combination.
Must be able to comply with attendance and timeliness policies.
The Location ASQ is conveniently situated in downtown Milwaukee, immediately adjacent to major freeway exits and the robust downtown economy. The Avenue MKE and Riverwalk access provides our employees easy indoor and outdoor access to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. Our office space is in a historic building incorporating newly designed workstations, an option for sit/stand desks, and community and collaboration space. We also offer a hybrid work environment that offers staff the option of working from home up to 3 days per week.
