What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct in-depth research on assigned school districts to gather insights for program development
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to understand account funnel progression and develop targeted messaging
Conceptualize and execute email drip and nurture programs tailored to target districts
Act as the primary marketing contact for sales and customer success teams, assisting with custom materials
Measure program success and optimize effectiveness using data and insights from various analytics platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally focused on demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua
Proven experience collaborating and communicating with sales teams
Ability to manage multiple programs across strategic accounts effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in or marketing to the K-12 education sector
Calm under pressure with strong organizational skills
