Marketing Program Execution
Drive marketing programs to build brand awareness and product adoption Develop and execute integrated online campaigns, including email marketing and digital placements across owned and partner websites Create collateral and sales enablement tools for direct sales teams and events Develop marketing content for website experiences, partnering with designers on layout and visual execution Performance & Optimization
Compile, analyze, and present campaign performance metrics Identify opportunities to improve messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness Maintain structured reporting frameworks to support data‑driven decision‑making Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize marketing initiatives Partner closely with marketing, sales, product, design, and operations teams Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining organization, clarity, and strong communication Success Metrics
Timely and accurate execution of marketing programs and campaign deliverables Effectiveness of sales enablement materials and campaign assets Improvement in campaign performance and adoption metrics Accuracy and clarity of reporting and analysis Strength of cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of experience in marketing program management, campaign execution, or related roles Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email and website placements 3+ years of experience working within large technology organizations (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.) Experience developing marketing collateral and sales enablement tools Strong analytical skills with experience compiling and presenting performance metrics Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Nice to Have
Experience working within large, complex technology organizations Familiarity with website content coordination and digital asset workflows Experience collaborating closely with direct sales organizations Why Join Us
