Job Description The position involves supporting the marketing team through administrative tasks, project coordination, data analysis, and content creation.
Responsibilities
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Support marketing manager in organizing various projects
Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires
Apply marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
Manage and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Write marketing materials (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
Communicate directly with clients/suppliers and encourage trusting relationships
Assist in coordinating photoshoots of products and stores
Assist in creating marketing collaterals in-store and online
Assist with marketing requirements for the company’s sales channel and other related works
Qualifications
Proven at least 1 year experience as a marketing officer or related position. Advantage to have past experience in food & beverage, restaurant brands
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
A strong understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing and E-commerce
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well‑organized with a customer‑oriented approach and high attention to detail
Good knowledge of market research techniques, SEO and databases
Analysis of performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative suites, Facebook Suites/ads, and other content creation tools
Exquisite communication and people skills
Photography & videography skills are a plus for content creation for social media
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual and Communication Arts, Advertising or any relevant field is a strong advantage
