About the Role:

As Ray's

Founding Product Marketer , you'll build on our early success to shape our product messaging and build our growth engine. You’ll own our marketing and growth function. On some days, you’ll be working through ad concepts to test on Meta, on other days, you’ll be working with content creators to shape UGC that helps Ray find new audiences. We’re an AI-first company, and we’re always playing with new tools and ideas. If you’re highly curious, creative, and ambitious, this is a rare opportunity to work with an incredible team.

Lead go-to-market (GTM) – help us reach our customers and grow the business

Deeply understand our users through interviews, surveys, and data analysis.

Develop Ray's core messaging, positioning, and value propositions

Own our content and social media presence, creating initial assets that speak directly to our ICP.

Work with UGC creators to create content pipelines that drive awareness.

5+ years in product marketing, ideally for a mobile or consumer subscription product.

Exceptional taste/communication skills; your ideas cut through the noise and connect with customers.

Hands-on experience managing multiple marketing functions: digital campaigns, branded content, social media, and email.

You’re a thinker and a creator with examples of work to share (e.g., copy you've written, campaigns you've run, landing pages you've built).

Active interest in learning/building with AI - we’re constantly trying new tools and tuning our ways of working.

Big bonus points if you use Ray regularly - we live our customer journey daily.

What Success Looks Like

45-Days:

You’ve got some momentum. You’ve connected with customers and have a deep understanding of our offering, competitors, our analytics, and our current channels. You’ve developed a growth hypothesis, and we’re starting to test your ideas.

90-Days:

You’re in the flow. You’re evolving our GTM plan, and we’re leaning into what works.

6-Months : You’re driving growth. After extensive testing and learning, we’ve found sustainable paths to growth, and we’re scaling the team and scaling the business.
