Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Digital Content Creator and Strategist
to support marketing programs through digital channel orchestration, including content development, project management, and hands‑on execution within various platforms. This role requires a disciplined creator who can consistently produce high‑quality B2C and B2B content on deadline, support campaigns from concept through delivery, and craft messaging that drives measurable results.
The successful candidate will develop a diverse set of marketing assets—including web copy, email content, blog posts, landing pages, and social media messaging—to acquire leads, educate customers, support sales initiatives, and strengthen customer loyalty.
This role requires demonstrated success in creating professional, compelling digital content, especially for web and email communication.
Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital communications, or a related field.
Experience optimizing content for SEO, including keyword strategy, interlinking, and best practices.
Experience creating email templates, audience segments, or landing pages within marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
Ability to craft channel‑appropriate messaging and apply it within marketing automation systems.
Proven track record of creating compelling, audience‑specific content for multiple industries or customer segments.
Familiarity with effective content distribution methods and experience using content management tools or digital publishing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell a story using copy, visuals, and video.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
Major Responsibilities
Create messaging and digital content designed to drive adoption and usage of the organization's products and services.
Collaborate with marketing partners to brainstorm content concepts supporting growth initiatives and lead‑generation campaigns.
Participate in content and creative development processes to enhance user engagement, adoption, and digital sales.
Monitor performance of email campaigns, drip sequences, SEO/SMO efforts, and make optimization recommendations based on data.
Serve as a subject matter expert on email and text‑based communication performance, cadence strategy, and copy best practices.
Create and run A/B tests to improve content effectiveness across digital channels.
Support all content and digital strategy efforts required to meet organizational marketing and communication goals.
