Sales & Marketing Coordinator
for a
well-established hospitality and leisure organization
supporting U.S.-based sales operations. This is a
hybrid, Direct Hire opportunity based in Dallas, TX , with a collaborative in-office environment and flexibility for remote work at the end of the week.
POSITION OVERVIEW The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting sales operations and marketing initiatives within the leisure travel segment. This position partners closely with sales leadership to manage projects, coordinate promotions, support customer portfolios, and assist with reporting and analysis. The role blends administrative coordination, marketing support, and project execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing team
Coordinate projects, timelines, and internal communications across departments
Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and sales reporting
Support digital advertising initiatives, including travel ads and pay-per-click campaigns
Manage promotional materials, giveaways, and inventory tracking
Assist with planning and coordination of sales events and familiarization (FAM) trips
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting sales, marketing, or administrative operations
Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM or marketing tools exposure preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This is a
Direct Hire, hourly position
with a target pay range of
$21.50–$21.65 per hour , based on a $45,000 annualized equivalent + full benefits.
