Job Description DPR Construction seeks a graphic designer focused on presentation design and production to join our Communications+Brand team. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who can work seamlessly with a team as well as liaise with internal customers. An ideal candidate must exemplify DPR’s four core values (integrity, uniqueness, enjoyment, ever forward).

The position responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

Working with thought leaders to translate complex or abstract ideas into polished slide decks and visual aids for communication both internally and externally

Managing slide libraries and providing input on templates and tools

Refining existing slide assets in alignment with brand standards

Managing assets, files, and projects both individually and collectively with the team

Fact-checking information and securing approvals

Coordinating, capturing and managing photography and video libraries

Assisting in other design work as assigned for a wide range of projects (templates, manuals, case studies, signage, blog posts, social posts, emails and other visual materials)

We are looking for a collaborative, adaptable and naturally curious team player with a problem-solving approach to design. A successful candidate must possess:

Qualifications

Proficient computer skills with expert use of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint especially) and Adobe Creative Suite

Comfort working within established brand standards and with existing tools/templates

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, visual and oral)

A collaborative approach with a desire to speak up and learn

Excellent judgement

Ability to work quickly and efficiently when schedules require fast turnaround projects

Attention to detail and brand awareness, creating collateral within existing ecosystems

Problem-solving skills to identify and flag blocking unknowns, adapt to changes, ask questions, and conceptualize solutions—in teams or individually

Service-oriented attitude with follow-up and follow-through

Motivation and flexibility, self-initiating and capable of juggling competing priorities

Organization skills with healthy time, task, file and project management practices

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience

2+ years of related experience

Presentation portfolio required

Anticipated pay range:

between $80,000-$92,000K.
