Serve along side of our Social Media Team and lead marketing operations as well as be involved in some office administration duties; assist in planning and coordinating day to day operations, functions, and services; directly coordinate with the Social Media Team, create marketing campaigns and manage their budgets, lead the marketing direction of the team in different avenues. This is a growing company with the opportunity of an expanding role. We're looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of their responsibilities and proactively find new ways to make the company succeed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential and other important responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Plan, launch, and optimize Tik Tok, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. Work side by side with the social media team to lead the marketing direction of the business on online platforms. Create Marketing reports to inform the rest of the team on successful strategies and ways to improve creative. Tracking and analyzing campaign performances (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions) Conduct keyword research and adapt SEO strategies accordingly, optimize results for company's storefront website. Work towards optimizing results for platforms like Google maps, Apple maps, Yelp, etc. Support product launches and promotional campaigns. Support company efforts to have a weekly live auction on the eBay platform. Creating product listings, promotional material, etc. Performs a wide variety of responsible administrative duties for management staff and other division staff as assigned. Handles and maintains sensitive and extensive confidential company information. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including packages and emails. As assigned, conducts, attends and may participate in meetings and prepare agendas for meeting as necessary As assigned, handles development and updating of sites on an ongoing basis, Online selling platforms, social media etc. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing. Hands‑on experience managing Meta and Google ads. Strong SEO fundamentals Familiarity with Google Analytics Interest in the luxury goods business a plus Comfortable being on camera a plus Experience with e‑commerce a plus Resource Management (People & Equipment) - Ability to obtain and appropriate the proper usage of equipment, facilities, materials, as well as personnel. Responsible - Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one's conduct. Safety Awareness - Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety. Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations. Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. While performing the duties of this class, employees are regularly required to sit, walk, stand; talk or hear, in person and on phone.
