Job Description: The Campaign & Content Manager ensures marketing content and campaigns move efficiently from request to launch. This role owns marketing intake, content execution, and campaign readiness, translating established strategy and narrative direction into finished, launch-ready assets. By managing requests, writing and assembling content, and coordinating delivery across teams, this role reduces friction between demand and delivery while increasing speed, clarity, and consistency across marketing execution. Campaign Execution & Readiness Own execution of marketing campaigns from request or brief through launch readiness. Translate established strategy and narrative direction into concrete deliverables, scopes, and timelines. Ensure campaigns are complete, aligned, and ready for distribution prior to launch. Flag risks, gaps, or delays early and help resolve them before they become bottlenecks. Write and assemble marketing content using approved messaging frameworks and guidance. Develop copy for blogs, website pages, landing pages, lead nurture and customer journey emails, and campaign materials. Adapt content across formats while maintaining clarity, consistency, and voice. Assemble content packages that are ready for creative and digital execution. Marketing Intake & Request Management Own marketing intake, including managing incoming requests through shared channels or structured request forms. Review and clarify requests to understand intent, scope, and urgency. Identify patterns in requests and surface opportunities to streamline, standardize, or convert ad hoc needs into repeatable assets. Maintain visibility into active requests and execution status to support prioritization. Messaging Consistency & Quality Control Ensure executed content aligns with established narrative direction and brand voice. Review content for clarity, tone, accuracy, and completeness prior to launch. Identify and resolve inconsistencies across campaign touchpoints. Support the development of messaging guidance and response templates for online reviews and reputation-related needs, including assistance with complex or sensitive response scenarios, in partnership with Marketing leadership. Qualifications: Strong writing and editing experience, with the ability to produce clear, human-centered marketing content across formats. Experience executing content based on established strategy, messaging frameworks, and feedback from peers. Practical experience managing or coordinating marketing work, including intake, prioritization, and delivery or requests or projects. Comfort turning ambiguous requests into scoped, executable work. Ability to balance creative thinking with operational planning and follow-through. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with confidence managing multiple workstreams at once. Comfortable incorporating feedback and iterating quickly to improve clarity, tone, and effectiveness. Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Experience in senior living, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus but not required. Qualifications
