About MELT Founded in 2000, MELT is an Atlanta-based, award-winning sports and event marketing agency that creates iconic brand moments at the intersection of sports, culture, and live experiences. MELT represented The Coca-Cola Company for 22 years, activated 18 NCAA Final Fours, produced 8 seasons of ESPN College GameDay, delivered 5 seasons of SEC Nation, and has activated thousands of events nationwide. MELT also assisted in the creation of the iconic AFLAC Duck and Coach Nick Saban television spots and campaigns. Role Overview MELT is seeking a rock‑star Visual Identity / Graphic Designer with a fresh, modern eye for both traditional and non‑traditional creative. This role is for a designer who loves building bold visual systems and strong graphic languages and can execute high‑quality design across digital, social, experiential, environmental, and print channels.
Animation and motion design skills are a strong bonus.
What You’ll Do
Design and evolve visual identity systems for brands, events, properties, and campaigns
Create high-impact design assets across digital, social, print, environmental, and experiential formats
Develop graphic systems that scale across toolkits, templates, decks, and event assets
Collaborate with creative, strategy, account, and production teams from concept through execution
Support live events with event‑ready design (signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, toolkits)
Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
Support internal agency branding and pitch work as needed
What We’re Looking For
3–7+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency and/or brand side)
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual identity, design systems, typography, layout, and execution
Excellent taste, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into clear visuals
Comfortable working across multiple formats, timelines, and stakeholders
Positive, collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach
Interest in sports, culture, live experiences, and brand storytelling
Bonus Skills
Experience in sports, experiential, events, or entertainment marketing
Illustration, custom graphic style, or packaging/brand collateral experience
